Your data

There is no account to delete

Last updated 29 August 2026.

IzzySpells has no accounts and no server. You are never asked to sign up, there is nothing to sign in to, and we hold nothing about you to delete. Everything the app keeps is on your own tablet.

How to remove everything

Uninstall the app, or clear its data in the device's own settings (Settings › Apps › IzzySpells › Storage › Clear data on Android; deleting the app on iOS). That removes all of it, at once, with nothing left anywhere else.

To clear the saved phrases without removing anything else, open the menu, then Saved messages, and delete them there. The parental lock never covers that row, so this works whether or not a PIN is set: the saved phrases are the speller's own words.

What is on the tablet

That is the whole list. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no email address, because there is nowhere for any of it to go.

Your purchase is separate

Removing the app does not undo your purchase, and is not a refund. The app is bought once, from Apple or Google, and the purchase belongs to that store account. It survives uninstalling: put the app back and tap Restore purchase, on any device signed in to the same store account.

Refunds are the store's to give. Ask Apple through Report a Problem, or Google through Play's order history. Records either company keeps about a purchase are theirs and are governed by their policies, not by this page.

If you think we hold something

Write to admin@izzylifeapp.com and we will look into it and answer you. We do not expect to find anything, because there is no system here that could have collected it.
